You retain ownership of what you post. By submitting content you grant CleanStop a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use it for operating and promoting the service.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or that you don't have the right to share.

You agree not to:

• Submit fake restroom listings, fake reviews, or spam.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Use the app to harass, threaten, or defame anyone.
• Misuse sponsor offers or attempt to redeem fraudulently.

Offers are provided by third-party sponsors. CleanStop is not responsible for honoring, fulfilling, or refunding any offer. Terms, availability, and expiration are set by the sponsor.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community, with or without notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See the Accuracy Disclaimer for details about restroom data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanStop and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
